some incomplete friday

Good morning..

7:00 am

I woke up
Happy to see you right beside me
I stare at your lips, and your eyes still closed
then, I started my daily ritual..
Humming love songs to make your day better

Then you’re awakened
Looking at my face.
Smiling
Dared to touch but suddenly sadness covered your face
I don’t know why
You went straight to the bathroom
I followed you through
You washed your face; I can still feel your anxiety

Me? I still don’t know why
I rushed myself to the kitchen
And cooked your favorite breakfast
Egg, bacon, with fries on the side
You are just sitting at the breakfast table

Speechless…
I served your breakfast but you never looked on it
As if you lost your appetite
Instead, you had some cold cereal and milk at the fridge
Tightly locked up.
I tried to speak but you don’t respond.
What’s up with you today?

I still don’t know why.

After an hour, the both of us still speechless
You took a bath and I stayed at the bedroom
At exactly 1 hour you are all dressed up

I shouted.

Where are you going?
That’s it!
I know.
You have a date with someone
Am I right?

You took a deep breath
And again

SILENCE

You put on your perfume
And got 3 flowers
Oh! The flowers I love.
Yellow and orange daisies
With one white tulip
I followed you trough the car
And seated right beside you

Speechless---
I don’t know why.

Long road trip ended up in a garden

Solemn

Silence covered that place

Thought it’s the time to open up.
I took a deep breath
You look into the sky
Your eyes look so far away
Then you said-

Flowers for you..
Tears flow from your eyes

And I cried.

I love you so much
You kneel yourself down

And put the flowers at the stone..

A stone.. I saw my name

Engraved on it

Now I know..

Darkness, I fall

Fall..

Fall.. now I know

Its 4:00
afternoon but…
